Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Senior Intelligence Analyst to specialize in Narrative Risk Intelligence within our global Client Delivery division. Utilizing our state-of-the-art Constellation analytics engine, you will act as the principal investigative representative leading threat evaluation loops for prominent public and private sector accounts. Moving beyond simple social monitoring, you will dive into complex data structures across mainstream and alternative platforms to run network analyses, trace computational propaganda, and uncover hidden risk vectors. This role demands a seasoned OSINT analyst who can translate dense technical risk parameters into structured briefings, presentations, and long-term customer enablement models.

Key Responsibilities

• Narrative Risk Investigation: Execute advanced open-source intelligence (OSINT) and threat vector analysis using Blackbird.AI’s Constellation platform to isolate and track narrative risks.
• B2G Enterprise Deliverables: Formulate, structure, and deliver timely, accurate, and high-impact intelligence reports and C-suite briefings tailored for complex corporate and public sector clients.
• High-Touch Client Enablement: Manage long-term customer relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle, leading platform onboarding, technical training, and strategic advisory workflows.
• Software QA & Product Collaboration: Perform ad hoc platform stress-testing and quality assurance validations to route interface performance metrics directly back to our R&D teams.
• Cross-Functional Thought Leadership: Support internal commercial operations, brand marketing campaigns, and sales pipelines by drafting authoritative thought leadership content.
• Telemetry Source Collection: Map raw structured and unstructured data, determining valid collection nodes and assessing underlying integrity boundaries across shifting media ecosystems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional history running open-source intelligence (OSINT), crisis communications modeling, or technical threat analysis within an enterprise or public sector setting.
• Deep analytical familiarity leveraging social media intelligence metrics, graph networks, and content distribution patterns for enterprise-level threat containment.
• Comprehensive understanding of alternative and mainstream digital media architecture, encompassing user demographics, structural mechanisms, and narrative loops.
• Outstanding verbal, presentation, and written English communication mechanics, optimized to synthesize abstract system details for non-technical leadership cells.
• Highly self-motivated executor with a documented history of coordinating qualitative/quantitative projects under tight, crisis-level deadlines.
• Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time operational framework restricted exclusively to qualified intelligence professionals permanently residing within the United States or the United Kingdom.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Hands-on platform experience operating with specialized intelligence or tracking toolsets (such as Dataminr, Meltwater, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Dark Owl, Tableau, or Asana).
