Position Overview
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, relentlessly resilient Senior Growth Manager to join our global scaling group as a foundational driver of our expansion within Vietnam. In this full-lifecycle business development seat, you will hold cross-functional accountability for the entire publisher lifecycle—from sourcing cold outbound leads and closing contracts to orchestrating data-driven post-onboarding growth strategies. Acting as a strategic monetization consultant to top-tier mobile gaming studios, you will evaluate critical metrics including ROAS and LTV to maximize net revenue retention. This high-leverage position requires a matrix-fluent manager who can translate technical SDK or tracking feedback into product priorities while building out a localized GTM playbook.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Partnership Ownership: Lead the complete operational funnel for high-volume mobile game publishers, managing lead generation, contract negotiations, and post-onboarding performance scaling.
- Outbound Pipeline Architecture: Drive localized market expansion by penetrating high-potential gaming studios, utilizing creative outreach models to construct a resilient outbound pipeline from scratch.
- Strategic Portfolio Consultation: Deep-dive into advertising telemetry data, tracking publisher KPIs, identifying high-leverage upselling channels, and optimizing client ad spend.
- Product & Engineering Liaison: Act as the definitive voice of the customer, converting technical platform friction points regarding attribution models into concrete insights for internal R&D squads.
- GTM Playbook Engineering: Design and scale commercial sales frameworks, prioritizing tier-1 publisher opportunities and writing structural playbooks that align decentralized regional efforts with core goals.
- Portfolio P&L Accountability: Take absolute ownership of commercial success parameters, measured explicitly by net-new business acquisition velocities and net revenue retention (NRR) rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of verified professional history running business development, account management, or user-acquisition channels within a high-growth environment (such as **AdTech or Mobile Gaming**).
- Deep quantitative data fluency, with practical expertise parsing, explaining, and leveraging performance marketing metrics including ROAS, LTV, and user retention cycles.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full-funnel mobile application ecosystem, encompassing **MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners), SDK configurations, and attribution mechanics**.
- Proven track record of navigating complex, long-term B2B partner relationships and steering high-rejection outbound sales funnels.
- Language Fluency: Absolute bilingual written and verbal business communication proficiency in both **English and Vietnamese** is required.
- Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time operational flexibility restricted exclusively to qualified growth professionals permanently living within Vietnam.
