Senior GenAI Motion Designer

About the Role: Brandtech+ is at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to revolutionize how we create and deliver work. We are looking for a Senior GenAI Motion Designer to deliver a wide range of marketing materials, from social assets to cutdowns of TVCs and 2D animation, utilizing both traditional tools and AI platforms like Pencil.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with GenAI Art Directors and PMs to bring projects from concept to final delivery.
• Create and adapt high-quality content leveraging AI and traditional tools, ensuring alignment with client's creative standards.
• Take projects from brief to completion, injecting new ideas and creativity while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Master, edit, remaster, and adjust master assets for various crops and formats.
• Continuously up-skill using approved AI tools and participate in AI knowledge-sharing sessions.

What You Bring

• Experience as a motion designer in an advertising agency, in-house creative group, or related design studio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Veo3, etc.
• A critical eye for detail, able to analyze GenAI-generated outputs and correct subtle errors via prompt refinement.
• Strong judgment in evaluating briefs and identifying where GenAI can be integrated for maximum efficiency.
