Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, backend-heavy Senior Full Stack Developer based in the Philippines to join our expanding engineering team of 30+ builders. In this remote-first, hands-on development track, your primary mission will be injecting robust backend mastery into a team historically focused on client-side features. You will design, build, and optimize the distributed web architectures that enable live multiplayer synchronization for distributed crews building megaprojects like highways, bridges, and hospitals—balancing elegant React frontends with event-driven, serverless data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Real-Time Backend Engineering: Build, scale, and maintain high-throughput backend microservices capable of handling real-time collaboration layers across massive project datasets.
• Multiplayer Synchronization: Architect complex, low-latency data synchronization modules between parallel construction planning registries and decentralized storage systems.
• Interactive Frontend Development: Construct high-signal, accessible user interfaces using React and TypeScript, leveraging Redux for robust client-side layout state management.
• WebSocket Infrastructure Setup: Design and deploy WebSocket-based features and connection protocols to stream live operational updates across geographically distributed teams.
• Cloud-Native Framework Scaling: Contribute to our serverless runtime environments, event-driven message loops, and analytical database optimization nodes.
• Technical Governance: Participate in thorough, constructive code review gates, write rigorous test footprints, and continuously elevate engineering execution benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of verified professional experience in software engineering, with absolute development fluency in **JavaScript and TypeScript**.
• Deep production experience manipulating React combined with modern frontend state management abstractions (specifically Redux client-side).
• Proven backend development track record, with a record of independently building, scaling, and validating live production engines.
• Hands-on operational understanding of real-time application mechanics, low-level web protocols, and WebSocket implementations.
• Strong grasp of relational or non-relational database design, storage normalization, query indexing, and access optimization (NoSQL experience highly valued).
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication mechanics, optimized for high-signal asynchronous collaboration across international teams.
• Anti-Stack Caveat: Please note that our tech ecosystem is highly JavaScript/TypeScript-native; we are not seeking candidates with predominantly .NET, C#, or Java backgrounds.
