Senior Front End Developer (Kogito)

About the Role: Unison Group is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to design, develop, and support secure, scalable enterprise web portals and digital banking applications. This specialized position focuses on customizing workflow-based user interfaces and integrating business process automation layers natively into dynamic web frontends.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Design and build responsive enterprise web applications using React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript architectures.
• Workflow & BPMN Customization: Customize and enhance the Kogito Task Console UI and integrate complex BPMN/workflow-driven UI components.
• Architecture & Rendering: Build robust SSR/SSG portal web screens via Next.js leveraging reusable component setups and advanced state handling (Hooks, Context API).
• API Integration: Connect frontend layer seamlessly with both RESTful structures and GraphQL backend APIs.
• Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise maker-checker workflows, multi-party approval journeys, and roles/workflow-based authorization utilizing Keycloak SSO integrations.
• Production Stability: Provide deep L2/L3 system support, root cause analysis, production troubleshooting, and deploy permanent UI/UX architecture fixes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong production-level experience building user interfaces with React.js, Next.js, and JavaScript.
• Direct exposure customizing Kogito Task Console UIs or working with containerized BPM/workflow business logic.
• Experience implementing enterprise portals within regulated spaces (Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services ecosystems preferred).
• Familiarity with containerized deployment layers via Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and standard Git-based CI/CD workflows.
• Solid communication and cross-functional capability to map solutions alongside DevOps, Backend, and QA engineering teams.
• Nice to Have: TypeScript proficiency, UI libraries like PatternFly/Ant Design, Docker setups, and accessibility standards compliance.
