Senior FP&A Analyst

About the Role: Tradeify is a fast-growing proprietary trading firm and fintech platform empowering traders globally. We are hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of our finance function. Reporting to the CFO/COO, you will partner with senior leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, unit economics, and strategic reporting across the business.

What You'll Do

• Own the company-wide annual budget process and rolling monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Partner with the CFO/COO and the People team to design and model company-wide bonus and incentive plans.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for the executive team and the board.
• Build and refine unit economics models across the trader lifecycle, including CAC, LTV, and payback period.
• Own revenue forecasting and payout modeling across the product suite, while managing vendor and cost tracking.

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
• Proven track record of building complex financial models from scratch.
• Strong command of budgeting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and unit economics (LTV/CAC).
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills with comfort handling large datasets.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, prop trading, or crypto, and familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or Python.

Benefits

• Base Compensation Range: $115,000 - $145,000 per year with performance-based upside.
