Senior Engineer (Go + Python)

About the Role: Our client is a U.S.-based group of affiliated companies operating at the intersection of legal technology and mass tort litigation. As a Senior Engineer (Go + Python), you will take full ownership of feature development across the stack, from designing database schemas and building APIs to implementing agentic logic and developing the Vue frontend.

What You'll Do

• Own the full development lifecycle of features, including database design, backend APIs, agent logic, and Vue frontend implementation.
• Design and maintain scalable, reliable systems using distributed and event-driven architectures.
• Build and orchestrate workflows using tools like Temporal.
• Develop and integrate LLM-powered agents, leveraging ReAct patterns, skill-based architectures, and MCP tool integration.
• Deploy and manage applications on GCP, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture.

What You Bring

• Strong experience in Go and Python development, with a proven ability to build and own systems end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with LLM/agent frameworks, including ReAct patterns and exposure to MCP-style structured tool protocols.
• Comfort working with HIPAA-adjacent / PHI data (medical records, litigation files).
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare or legal tech.
