Position Overview
We are seeking a data-driven, strategic Senior Email & Lifecycle Manager to professionalise, scale, and elevate Enhesa’s prospect email and nurture engine. In this critical B2B SaaS marketing track, you will take absolute ownership of our always-on lifecycle communications from raw lead acquisition through sales qualification. You will transform our existing newsletter initiatives into high-quality, insight-led channels aligned to sophisticated enterprise audiences. Partnering closely across core Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing squads, your primary mission is to bring performance clarity, segmentation consistency, and measurable pipeline growth to our global enterprise SaaS portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Lifecycle Governance: Own and scale the overarching prospect lifecycle strategy across key funnel stages, ensuring smooth customer milestone progression.
- Persona-Led Segmentation: Architect sophisticated behavioral persona frameworks and build out automated, highly personalized user nurture journeys.
- HubSpot Platform Mastery: Design, implement, and track end-to-end automated email workflows and trigger-based communications using enterprise HubSpot configurations.
- Funnel Conversion Optimization: Implement a rigorous experimentation and A/B testing roadmap to continuously lift email engagement metrics and improve MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) conversion velocities.
- Newsletter Channel Refinement: Structuralise and elevate the corporate newsletter program to serve as a high-signal engagement touchpoint for enterprise buyers.
- Commercial Metrics Tracking: Build simple, business-oriented lifecycle reporting dashboards to translate complex performance telemetry into clear, actionable pipeline optimization recommendations for leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of verified professional experience operating in dedicated B2B SaaS email marketing, CRM management, or customer lifecycle retention tracks.
- Strong, expert-level hands-on operational experience configuring marketing automation architectures inside HubSpot.
- Proven background building, expanding, and scaling personalized email nurture workflows that support complex B2B or institutional enterprise offerings.
- Demonstrated experience defining multi-variant customer segmentation models based on user firmographics or intent data.
- Data-driven analytical mindset with a clear ability to reconcile campaign tracking data directly with pipeline revenue outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable aligning cross-functional frameworks between Sales and Demand Generation squads.
