About This Role:

The Senior Director of Enterprise Applications is a senior IT leader responsible for the strategy, architecture, implementation, and operational excellence of iRhythm’s enterprise business applications. This role will primarily focus on enterprise application platforms including ERP, Finance, HR, and integrated business systems, with a particular emphasis on SAP and other mission-critical enterprise technologies that support scalable growth, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

This leader will play a key role in the design and execution of enterprise application strategy, including major platform transformations and particular focus on SAP implementation. As a senior member of the technical leadership team, the Senior Director will partner closely with business leaders and technology stakeholders to ensure enterprise systems effectively support complex business processes within a highly regulated medical device environment.

The role requires deep experience delivering enterprise application solutions in regulated industries such as medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or similarly complex environments where quality systems, compliance requirements, and operational traceability are critical.
