Senior Digital Product/Project Manager (E-commerce & Shopify)

Constable.co.uk is an English sports equipment manufacturing company seeking a seasoned Digital Product/Project Manager to lead the delivery of web projects for prestigious sports brands. You will join an innovative international omnichannel business, acting as the vital bridge between technical, creative, and commercial departments.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the management of web-based apps and e-commerce projects from initiation to launch, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Shopify Strategy: Leverage your knowledge of Shopify and the digital landscape to drive platform-based projects.
• Business Systems: Manage integrations across CRM, B2B, B2C, fulfillment systems, and payment gateways.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure alignment.
• Product Methodologies: Implement product management methodology for strategic planning, prioritization, and tracking.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in e-commerce, with a track record of managing multi-disciplined web or e-commerce projects.
• Schedule: Ability to work UK based hours (9 to 5:30pm) 5 days per week is mandatory.
• E-commerce Tech: Familiarity with Shopify and business systems (CRM, ERP, Payment Gateways).
• Language: English level must be Upper Intermediate / Advanced with exceptional verbal and written skills.
• Versatility: Comfortable working in medium-sized businesses where roles involve "wearing more than one hat".

• AI Knowledge: Understanding of AI tools and how to apply them to improve processes is a big plus.
• Sports Passion: A strong interest in or knowledge of the sports industry.
• Certifications: Agile, CPM, PMP, or Prince2 certifications are a benefit.
