Senior DevOps Engineer- IAM

As a Senior DevOps Engineer specializing in IAM (Identity and Access Management), you will be instrumental in managing the entire lifecycle of our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and championing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies. Your core responsibilities will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD systems that ensure efficient and reliable software delivery. This includes automating build, test, and deployment processes, utilizing tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. You will also be responsible for managing and improving our cloud infrastructure, ensuring its scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness, with a strong emphasis on IaC principles using tools such as Terraform or Ansible. A key aspect of this role is the deep focus on IAM, where you will define, implement, and enforce security policies, manage user access, roles, and permissions across various platforms and cloud environments. This includes working with cloud-native IAM services (AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP IAM) and potentially third-party IAM solutions. You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences. Collaboration with development and operations teams to foster a DevOps culture and drive best practices will be essential. Requirements include extensive experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline management, and a strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools is mandatory. Expertise in Identity and Access Management, including policy definition, role-based access control (RBAC), and security best practices, is critical. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash is also expected. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
