Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, performance-driven Senior Designer, Paid Social to join our core Brand team. In this multidisciplinary creative seat, you will combine expert visual craft with direct-response growth metrics to construct captivating paid social assets that convert. Moving far beyond traditional, static layouts, you will own the full iteration lifecycle across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube networks—inventing net-new visual concepts that drive up user engagement. Partnering tightly alongside conceptual copywriters, growth marketers, and external creative partners, you will turn performance dashboards into pixel-perfect motion designs, scaling the conversion potential of our digital health channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conversion Creative Optimization: Conceptualize, design, and program visually arresting paid social content spanning high-impact videos, static imagery, and loops engineered to hit CTR, CVR, and CAC target parameters.
  • Data-Informed Asset Iteration: Brainstorm and engineer a high volume of alternative ad templates, analyzing active performance metrics and conversion data to establish testing hypotheses for subsequent creative runs.
  • Growth Flow Standardization: Create scalable design frameworks and multi-platform style templates to improve production speed across internal growth marketing workstreams.
  • Platform Trend Tracking: Integrate modern social media styles, trending interactive audio models, and emerging generative artificial intelligence creative features to enhance conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Content Architecture: Coordinate with copywriters to maximize typographic hierarchies, spatial configurations, and visual layout lines across Meta and TikTok channels.
  • Multimedia Motion Design: Produce dynamic short-form multimedia videos, managing custom transitions, vector elements, motion graphics, and sound design files manually.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of verified professional history running direct-response marketing layouts or paid social design pipelines within a fast-moving enterprise or agency framework.
  • An elite creative portfolio showcasing clean, conversion-focused direct marketing campaigns, including strong short-form ad video assets and iterative testing histories.
  • Master-level, expert-tier design proficiency navigating Figma, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Profound visual design fundamentals, with a masterly understanding of typographic rules, layout grids, tracking balances, color theories, and spatial arrangements.
  • Deep conceptual familiarity with retail acquisition metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion tracking, and consumer social media algorithms.
  • Location Context: Full-time operational framework providing the flexibility to work completely from home anywhere within the United States.
  • Tri-State Attendance Rules: Qualified candidates residing inside the New York tri-state region participate in person at our physical headquarters on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience building high-performing direct response assets for consumer healthcare, medical subscription SaaS, or heavily regulated consumer platforms.
  • Demonstrated history of independently directing or coordinating visual assignments with external freelance specialists or post-production houses.
