Position Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic, client-facing Senior Content Manager to join our core global Content team in a full-time, permanent remote capacity within the United States. In this high-leverage copywriting and editorial leadership seat, you will claim individual accountability for overseeing a diverse book of client accounts, translating abstract corporate goals into cohesive digital media campaigns. Moving entirely past reactive ticket management or passive copy proofing, you will lead strategic client discovery loops, align cross-functional creators, and write highly polished copy across multi-tier formats. This role demands a seasoned agency generalist possessing 7+ years of experience, who commands deep understanding of modern search-engine visibility paradigms, crafts compelling presentation decks under pressure, and enthusiastically embraces generative AI as a workflow force multiplier without compromising absolute editorial craft.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Content Strategy Ownership: Architect, deliver, and govern multi-format digital content campaigns from early concept modeling through final publication, ensuring absolute alignment with target audience profiles and brand voices.
- High-Impact Creative Copywriting: Write, edit, and optimize polished, high-conversion copy natively across diverse digital mediums, including Blog Writing, Content Writer frameworks, webpage copy, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Client Consultation Leadership: Lead complex customer conversations, guide cross-departmental decision-making cycles, and pitch structured strategic recommendations confidently to senior enterprise stakeholders.
- AI-Powered Optimization Integration: Inject cutting-edge **SEO, AEO, and GEO** best practices into standard copy pipelines, optimizing content layers for traditional keyword algorithms and modern AI-powered search engines.
- AI-Augmented Editorial Triage: Integrate generative AI tools into everyday writing and editing workflows, leveraging automation to accelerate prompt iterations and expand copy variations while preserving strict quality control.
- Cross-Functional Media Collaboration: Partner closely alongside internal paid media buyers, graphic designers, and front-end software developers to ship cohesive, scalable multi-channel brand experiences.
- Design File Ingestion: Navigate fluidly within modern collaborative canvas software, specifically working inside Figma to check layouts and interface directly with design squads on UX writing.
- Asset Toolkits & Style Guides Curation: Author, maintain, and scale comprehensive text templates, corporate toolkits, messaging architectures, and brand-specific style guidelines to facilitate repeatable client delivery models.
- Performance Testing and Analytics: Monitor, evaluate, and report on content engagement statistics, leveraging A/B testing methods across social platforms to optimize audience interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of verified professional history running advanced digital content management, copywriter workflows, agency campaign delivery, or technical brand communications.
- Demonstrated history serving as a primary, client-facing technology consultant, building trusted relationships and presenting structured strategic decks to corporate boards.
- Deep, authoritative technical command of copy editing, proofreading mechanics, and structural semantic layout architecture across multi-channel environments.
- Practical operational experience managing multi-format text blocks natively within collaborative vector interfaces like Figma.
- Strong quantitative logic boundaries, with a proven ability to evaluate content reach parameters, handle indexing metrics, and format reporting metrics using Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics in fluent English, showcasing an absolute capacity to express the "why" behind creative assets with confidence and clarity.
