Senior Compliance & Privacy Manager

About the Role: Innovation is the core of SAP Fioneer. We are looking for a Senior Compliance & Privacy Manager who thrives in complex regulatory environments and enjoys providing trusted guidance across a global organization. You will work closely with our Chief Compliance and Data Protection Officer (DPO) as deputy, supporting the development of compliance and data protection frameworks.

What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor on data protection and compliance matters, including GDPR and international privacy regulations (e.g., DPAs, Standard Contractual Clauses).
• Independently handle privacy incidents and manage communication with authorities, data subjects, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain data protection and compliance documentation (policies, standards, guidelines, templates).
• Drive cross-functional initiatives such as Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, ESG-related topics, and DPMS improvement.
• Design and deliver compliance and privacy training content and support awareness activities.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in data protection and compliance within complex regulatory environments.
• Ability to independently handle privacy incidents and collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external authorities.
• Structured, self-organized approach to managing multiple topics efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Business-fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
