Senior BIM Manager, Data Center

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior BIM Manager to lead our Building Information Modeling initiatives for critical data center projects. This role involves overseeing all BIM aspects from design conception through construction and facility management, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans for complex data center projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of BIM specialists and technicians.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and construction teams to integrate BIM workflows.
• Ensure BIM models adhere to project requirements, industry standards, and company best practices.
• Lead the coordination and clash detection processes using advanced BIM software.
• Provide technical expertise and support for all BIM-related activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Manager, specifically within data center or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems common in data centers.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
