Senior Billing & Collections Analyst

About the Role: Fivetran is looking for a Senior Billing & Collections Analyst to own day-to-day billing operations, cash application, and collections support for our India team. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on invoice generation, payment application, reconciliations, dispute management, and AR reporting.

What You'll Do

• Execute billing cycles and ensure timely, accurate invoice creation and correction in the ERP.
• Apply customer payments, reconcile payments to invoices and bank statements, and manage AR sub-ledger reconciliations.
• Support collections activity: aging analysis, dunning, customer follow-up, and escalation of delinquent accounts.
• Investigate and manage customer billing disputes with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain AR reporting and KPIs (DSO, aging buckets, unapplied cash) and lead UAT for financial system changes.

What You Bring

• 3+ years' hands-on experience in billing, accounts receivable, cash application, and collections.
• Practical experience with ERP/billing systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and strong spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, customer service skills, and a controls mindset.
• Comfortable working 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST to support global business operations.
• Bonus: Experience with SQL, transactional data, payment gateway integrations, or basic scripting.
