Job Description

As a Senior Associate L1, you will independently own major design modules, mentor junior designers, and ensure high-quality user experiences. This role requires creativity, research-driven design, and attention to scalability in design systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for complex products.
• Define interaction models, user flows, and wireframes.
• Mentor interns and junior associates on design tools and practices.
• Create and evolve design systems for consistency across platforms.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to refine requirements.
• Ensure usability testing is embedded in the design process.
• Advocate for design best practices across the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related discipline.

WORK EXPERIENCE

4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.

SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE

• Advanced skills in Figma/Adobe XD, prototyping, and micro-interactions.
• Experience in dashboarding and data visualization design.
• Strong collaboration skills with business and engineering teams.
• Ability to balance creativity with structured execution.
