Position Overview
We are seeking an analytical, high-performing Senior Area Marketing Manager, Women’s Health to lead, develop, and execute strategic marketing initiatives across our Southeast Sales Area. In this cross-functional field-marketing track, you will drive clinical adoption of our market-leading genetic tests, UX interfaces, and patient education ecosystems by targeting OBGYN, Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM), and Genetic Counselor (GC) providers. Partnering with Medical Affairs and regional sales leads, you will customize multi-channel campaigns, analyze marketing ROI telemetry, and translate customer insights into scalable clinical growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Campaign Governance: Plan, execute, and monitor regional multi-channel marketing campaigns and print/digital tools to maximize adoption indices for Natera genetic products.
- Medical Affairs Synchronization: Collaborate with scientific leads to select key opinion leaders (KOLs), coordinate local speaker programs, and refine presentation content for clinical conferences.
- Field Program Logistics: Oversee end-to-end logistical workflows including venue booking, sponsorship allocations, and materials provisioning for regional healthcare professional (HCP) congresses.
- KOL Relationship Architecture: Establish and nurture strategic alliances with regional medical associations, external clinical speakers, and prominent thought leaders within the women’s health sector.
- Data-Driven ROI Modeling: Gather, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate the performance of marketing messages and generate competitive intelligence reports.
- Executive Performance Reporting: Work closely with the Marketing Director to package regional customer insights into actionable dashboards for presentation to executive leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required; an advanced degree in business, marketing, or life sciences is a strong professional advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of verified professional history spanning healthcare product marketing, product management, medical sales, medical affairs, or life sciences strategic consulting.
- Demonstrated capability synthesizing complex clinical datasets or genetic information to compose concise, brand-aligned promotional copy.
- Proven project management mechanics with a strong attention to timeline tracking, milestone organization, and resource cross-collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving capacity with structural proficiency navigating analytical tools including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Location Context: Remote-first operational framework, requiring active residency within the Southeast region (including **VA, MD, DE, DC, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, AR, MS, TN**) and close proximity to a major regional airport.
- Travel Obligation: Comfort executing frequent field travel and overnight stays up to 30% of the time, including flexible evening and weekend sessions.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior technical marketing history operating inside specialized life sciences, health technology, or advanced molecular diagnostics environments.
- Extensive experience whiteboarding field marketing channels and presenting technical content to large professional medical cohorts.
