Position Overview

We are seeking a high-agency, detail-oriented Senior Accounting Associate to support our day-to-day transaction processing frameworks and contribute to a high-performing, scalable Accounts Payable (AP) operation. In this critical corporate finance track, you will take ownership of monthly vendor ledger systems, verifying compliance parameters across inventory and non-inventory streams. This position demands an analytical systems thinker who executes meticulous matching audits, resolves vendor payment friction points proactively, and maintains clean financial audit readiness as our global footprint continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Governance: Process high-volume monthly inventory and non-inventory supplier invoices with absolute mathematical accuracy and speed.
• Three-Way Match Verification: Perform rigorous three-way matching verification controls across Purchase Orders (POs), inventory warehouse receipt logs, and vendor invoices to resolve ledger discrepancies.
• General Ledger Compliance: Ensure proper operational account coding, financial documentation indexing, and manager approval capture in strict compliance with internal audit guidelines.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Act as the primary financial liaison for external suppliers, answering complex payment queries and engineering smooth resolutions for pricing variances.
• Month-End Close Support: Support critical month-end closing activities, completing accounts payable journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and routine ledger tracking updates.
• Workflow Automation Improvements: Identify system operational bottlenecks, suggesting scalable process enhancements and cloud tooling upgrades to accelerate bookkeeping efficiency.
• Audit & Controls Preparedness: Maintain organized, confidential financial records, providing direct data support for both internal management and external corporate regulatory audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of an Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification in Corporate Accounting, Finance, Management, or a closely related quantitative business field.
• 2+ years of verified professional history handling full-cycle Accounts Payable records or general ledger bookkeeping workloads.
• Authority-level working knowledge of enterprise invoice validation rules, transaction accounting structures, and three-way matching controls.
• Demonstrated operational experience manipulating cloud Enterprise Resource Planning platforms, with a strong, definitive preference for NetSuite systems.
• Excellent analytical capacity with absolute attention to minute transactional details and structural filing rules.
• Outstanding written and spoken English communication mechanics, tailored for high-trust asynchronous cross-functional collaboration.
