About the Company: Adaptive Teams is sourcing for a leading provider of Amazon growth services. The company helps scaling e-commerce brands optimize advertising, improve product visibility, and implement metrics-driven strategies that drive real revenue growth.
Your Mission: Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Discovery Calls: Lead 30–45 minute strategic discovery calls with qualified Amazon brands, from emerging accounts to multi-million-dollar sellers.
- Account Audits: Conduct structured Amazon account audits and present diagnostic findings through clear video walkthroughs.
- Consultative Selling: Identify operational and growth bottlenecks across PPC, ACOS, DSP, catalog management, and supply chain logistics.
- Pipeline Management: Build tailored ROI-focused proposals, confidently handle objections, and move qualified prospects toward a close.
- Onboarding & Handoff: Maintain accurate records within the CRM and stay engaged during the first 60 days post-signing to ensure a smooth transition to the delivery teams.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- 2+ years of hands-on experience navigating the Amazon Ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of Amazon metrics and levers including PPC, ACOS, DSP, account health, and supply chain.
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-high market deals in a consultative, remote sales environment.
- Excellent English: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to build immediate trust with high-level e-commerce decision-makers.
- Strong pipeline discipline and proactive commercial instincts.
