Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 15-50 LPA)

Min Experience: 5 years

Location: Bangkok

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across Southeast Asia.
  • Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s regional footprint.
  • Own and deliver on ambitious sales targets and regional revenue goals.
  • Build strong sales pipelines and ensure consistent forecasting accuracy.

Market Expansion & Business Development

  • Lead market entry or expansion strategies in key SEA markets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive new business acquisition while also strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Identify competitive trends and market insights to refine sales strategies.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing regional sales teams.
  • Establish clear performance metrics, sales processes, and operational best practices.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and strategic guidance to sales managers and account executives.

Client Engagement & Strategic Partnerships

  • Represent the company in high-value negotiations with enterprise customers and partners.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Implement scalable sales processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5–19 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong experience managing regional sales teams and driving growth across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
