Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across Southeast Asia.
- Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s regional footprint.
- Own and deliver on ambitious sales targets and regional revenue goals.
- Build strong sales pipelines and ensure consistent forecasting accuracy.
Market Expansion & Business Development
- Lead market entry or expansion strategies in key SEA markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
- Drive new business acquisition while also strengthening existing client relationships.
- Identify competitive trends and market insights to refine sales strategies.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing regional sales teams.
- Establish clear performance metrics, sales processes, and operational best practices.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and strategic guidance to sales managers and account executives.
Client Engagement & Strategic Partnerships
- Represent the company in high-value negotiations with enterprise customers and partners.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Operations & Performance Management
- Implement scalable sales processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- 5–19 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong experience managing regional sales teams and driving growth across multiple markets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
