Salesforce QA Engineer

About the Role: Octopus by RTG, part of the Robusta Technology Group, is hiring a Salesforce QA Engineer for one of our partners. We are looking for an experienced Software Tester to execute comprehensive testing strategies ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of software applications through both manual and automated testing.

What You'll Do

• Execute comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create and conduct automated and manual testing, including integration and regression testing.
• Identify, report, and track software defects to resolution.
• Participate in the review of requirements and design documents to ensure testability.
• Document testing results, create test reports, and continuously improve testing processes.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Software Tester or in a QA-related role with an emphasis on Salesforce development and testing.
• Experience with automation testing tools and setting up test tools.
• Experience working on multiple clouds with at least Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Required Certifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Salesforce Advance Administrator.
• Bonus: Experience with Marketing, Commerce, CPQ, Education, and Analytics clouds, plus Agile project methodology.
