Salesforce Developer (Remote)

About the Role: Commutatus partners with ambitious entrepreneurs and corporates to build digital products. We are collaborating with Quantum Lead to build a team that will design and deploy Salesforce applications for US brands in the retail, consumer goods, and community sectors.

What You'll Do

• Develop, customise, and maintain Salesforce Applications, including configuration, custom code (Apex), and Lightning components.
• Assist the squad in planning, estimating, and rolling out features on time.
• Leverage Salesforce Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows to automate business processes.
• Perform testing, quality assurance, and debugging to ensure reliability.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation and provide training to end-users.

What You Bring

• Hands-on work experience with Salesforce, customisation of its capabilities, and best practices in configuration.
• Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including deep understanding of APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, LWC, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST techniques.
• Experience building scalable digital platforms deployed in production environments.
• Experience with continuous development practices (BitBucket, Code Reviews, Package-based Deployments).
• Exceptional communication skills and a highly organised, resourceful problem-solving mindset.
