The Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant for our Managed Services team. You will bring Salesforce project implementations to life by partnering directly with clients to map requirements, resolve complex functional configurations, and manage end-to-end solutions using the breadth of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Implementation: Architect and build configurations across Field Service, Service Cloud, Digital Engagement, and Service Cloud Voice.
• Declarative Development: Design solutions using point-and-click automation tools including Visual Flows and Process Builder.
• Cross-functional AI Alignment: Partner with internal Artificial Intelligence units to deploy modern generative AI and Agentforce bot strategies for enterprise clients.
• Stakeholder Delivery: Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Project Managers to map timelines, outline sprint status, and guide functional rollouts.
• Knowledge Transfer: Quickly master next-generation Salesforce launches to continuously train and mentor delivery pods.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on technical project delivery experience in an enterprise environment.
• 1+ years of dedicated experience in a Salesforce Development or Configuration capacity.
• Strong understanding of customer service frameworks, technical architectures, and solving complex CRM use cases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical field.
• Location Constraint: Must reside in India (Specifically open to Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Noida, or Pune hubs).
• Preferred: Active Salesforce Certifications (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service, or Community Cloud Consultant).
