As a Sales Specialist (Solution Sales) for the region within the Rubrik growth team, you will have product revenue ownership of all elements of bookings growth in new and existing accounts across the India region. We are seeking a relentless self-starter who is hyper-focused on building a product category business by acquiring new logos by discovering and developing new opportunities, managing pipeline, and executing account strategies, while also encouraging existing customer expansion. The product sales specialist must drive pipeline generation daily working closely with the whole Rubrik organisation and our ecosystem (channel partners, GSI’s and alliances) to exceed product revenue quotas.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will be responsible for the growth of new portfolio products by driving demand and transactions with the Rubrik sales organisation.
  • You will work closely with product management and the growth team to provide feedback needed for product development and direction.
  • You will be part of the India Growth team and work together with the sales leaders and dedicated product pre sales engineers.
  • Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities together with the Rubrik sales organization.
  • Develop and manage pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth working with a mix of mid-enterprise accounts.
  • Present Rubrik, Inc. solutions within complex Enterprise IT environments.
  • Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VAR’s to enable rapid growth
  • Provide Rubrik, Inc. management with feedback about the local market opportunity and identification of new business opportunities

Experience You’ll Need:

  • 15+ years Tech sales experience in a startup environment (selling either IT Infrastructure or Cloud/SaaS)
  • Well experienced product specialist sales experience in cloud, security, infrastructure
  • Well experienced in positioning cyber security solutions
  • Consistent track record landing net “new logos”
  • Strong track record of performance selling to End User Fortune 1000
  • Understanding and experience working with various stake holders at the customer side (understand the technology and business impact/justification)

Experience selling early stage products in a complex Enterprise customer environment
