Job Description

About the Role: IBMC is assisting a global Digital Marketing Agency in expanding its international footprint. We are looking for a proactive sales professional who understands the agency landscape and thrives on driving high-value conversions. You will act as a consultative partner, translating marketing services into business ROI for global brands.

What You'll Do

  • Execute multi-channel global outreach strategies via Email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to engage potential clients.
  • Initiate rapport-building conversations and conduct discovery calls to qualify leads for the agency's pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve monthly targets for booking qualified sales meetings and project consultations.
  • Meticulously track all lead activities, follow-ups, and status updates using CRM tools (HubSpot/Pipedrive).
  • Present marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Branding) persuasively, tailored to the client's growth needs.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (strictly no fresh graduates).
  • Exceptional English communication skills for interacting with international stakeholders across global time zones.
  • Proven track record in winning clients outside of Indonesia and hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
  • Bonus: Previous experience working within a Marketing Agency or selling Digital Services is highly preferred.
