Sales Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled Sales Recruiter to support the growth of our sales organization by identifying and hiring top-performing sales professionals. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for positions such as Sales Executives, and other revenue-generating roles. The ideal candidate has strong recruiting experience, understands what makes a great salesperson, and can manage the full hiring lifecycle while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on sales or go-to-market roles.
  • Experience hiring for positions such as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Account Executives, or Sales Managers.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and outbound candidate outreach.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, capable of conducting professional candidate interviews.
  • Ability to evaluate candidates for sales competencies, communication ability, and cultural alignment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and collaborating with international teams.
  • Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies or U.S. sales teams is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, recruiting platforms, and proactive outreach.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and evaluate applicants based on role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while maintaining a smooth candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on candidate quality, market availability, and hiring timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records within the ATS and track recruiting metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine job descriptions and hiring strategies.
  • Support employer branding efforts and ensure a professional and engaging hiring process for all candidates.

US Based Hours Requirement:

This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from any location. However, due to the collaborative nature of recruiting and coordination with U.S.-based hiring managers, we require that at least 50% of working hours overlap with U.S. Eastern Standard Time. This alignment ensures effective communication, faster interview coordination, and timely hiring decisions. Adhering to this schedule will help maintain recruiting momentum and support our teamโ€™s hiring goals while still allowing flexibility in your workday.
