Job Description
Airtable, the no-code platform used by 80% of the Fortune 100, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives supporting Strategic Accounts in the Northeastern US. You will be responsible for recruiting and coaching a diverse team while directly assisting in executing and closing large, complex deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and coach top talent to ensure the team hits company goals.
- Deal Execution: Directly assist effectively in executing and closing large strategic and complex deals.
- Strategy & Forecasting: Manage quarterly sales forecasts, planning, and budgeting while shaping long-term sales strategy.
- Executive Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to customers by building executive-level relationships with key accounts.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a liaison between product and sales teams to solve technology gaps for customers.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: 8+ years of sales quota-carrying experience, preferably at a technology/SaaS company.
- Management Experience: 3+ years of people management experience with a track record of scaling teams.
- Enterprise Chops: Proven track record of selling and closing large Enterprise accounts.
- Leadership Style: Collaborative approach with the ability to grow the business strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Tier 1 Locations (SF, Seattle, LA, NY): OTE Range $320,000 - $430,000 USD.
- Remote / Other US Locations: OTE Range $288,000 - $400,000 USD.
- Includes: Benefits, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and incentive compensation.
