Job Description

About the Role: At The Global Talent Co., we are recruiting for a fast-scaling European B2B company shaping the physical identity of premium brands with custom signage. This is a consultative B2B Sales Manager role where you will manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close, building long-term relationships with sophisticated clients.

What You'll Do

  • Consult with B2B clients across Europe on custom signage projects, advising on solutions and guiding decisions.
  • Close qualified leads and consistently hit your sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and keep a tight pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate closely with internal design and production teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Build long-term relationships with major brands and agencies for repeat business.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a genuine passion for selling and a hunter mindset.
  • German at a native level (non-negotiable) and good English for internal communication.
  • Strong communication and empathy to adapt to clients and simplify complex concepts.
  • Discipline, structure, and an interest in technical, complex products.
