About the Role: A-LIGN is the leading provider of cybersecurity compliance programs. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will support our sales organization by developing, maintaining, and delivering enablement programs, tools, and resources that enhance seller effectiveness. You will partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and GTM Operations to ensure the team is equipped with the assets and systems needed to drive consistent revenue performance.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs, including onboarding, role-based training, and ongoing skills development.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including product knowledge decks, objection handling guides, and competitive insights.
  • Support sales process optimization by documenting workflows, best practices, and sales methodologies.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure effective CRM (Salesforce) usage, data accuracy, and reporting discipline.
  • Administer enablement tools, manage the central content repository, and leverage platforms like Synthesia for e-learning.
  • Track and report on sales enablement metrics/KPIs to analyze program effectiveness and seller performance.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role within a B2B/enterprise environment.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex information.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
