Job Description

About the Role: PartsBase is the world's largest online Aviation Marketplace and Community. We are seeking a motivated Sales Enablement Coach to deliver structured coaching and onboarding sessions for U.S.-based B2B sales professionals. You will provide coaching across all stages of the sales cycle, evaluate performance, and leverage AI-powered role-play platforms to scale training and simulate real-world selling scenarios. Note: This role requires the ability to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver structured coaching and onboarding sessions for U.S.-based B2B sales professionals.
  • Provide coaching across all stages of the sales cycle, including discovery, presentations, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Facilitate role-plays, call reviews, and live feedback sessions, leveraging AI-powered role-play platforms (e.g., Hyperbound, Yoodli).
  • Conduct quality assurance evaluations across different sales motions and translate performance insights into actionable development plans.
  • Reinforce established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and support product training initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership to align coaching with pipeline initiatives.
  • Track coaching engagement, report on progress, and measure the effectiveness of AI-enabled training tools.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, aviation, aerospace, or solution-based selling environments.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coaching, training, or enablement-focused roles supporting tenured sales professionals.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven sales coaching and role-play platforms.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, LMS platforms, and call recording software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote setup.
  • Bonus: Bachelor's degree in a related field, coaching certification (ICF, Sales Coaching Institute, etc.), and experience supporting domestic U.S. sales teams.
