What's the role all about?
As the Director of Sales for the South & Eastern Europe region, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and execution of our sales pipeline initiatives. This position involves building and managing a robust pipeline, aligning sales efforts with business objectives, and driving revenue growth within the South & Eastern Europe market for NiCE Cognigy.
How will you make an impact?
- Develop and implement effective pipeline strategies that align with NiCE Cognigy’s overall business goals.
- Build, Lead and manage the sales team to drive new business opportunities and customer acquisition throughout the South & Eastern region.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to leverage internal resources for pipeline growth.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, adjusting strategies to address changes in the business landscape.
- Oversee and refine the sales process, providing hands-on support to team members in their engagement with prospective clients.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, to foster business growth.
- Track and analyze pipeline performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent NiCE Cognigy at industry events and trade shows to promote brand awareness and facilitate networking opportunities.
Have you got what it takes?
- 5–7 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in SaaS or related industries within the South & Eastern Europe
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the Conversational AI landscape and customer service solutions.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience in sales forecasting and performance metrics.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in two languages out to the South & Eastern region of Europe + English as a must.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet business needs.
