👀 About the Role: Scotch's mission is to modernize one of the oldest industries on earth: the $1.6T beverage alcohol market. We're starting by building the next-generation operating system for BevAlc retailers (POS, payments, Back Office, E-commerce). We are seeking a Sales Director to help liquor stores throughout the country modernize their operations with Scotch.
🔧 What you'll be doing
- Selling the Scotch POS and operating system (hardware, software, payment processing, and E-commerce) to liquor stores across the US.
- Acting as the expert in technology for our buyers (small business owners), simplifying how to save them time and grow their profit.
- Calling stores five days a week with a mix of inbound and cold calling.
- Stepping in from time to time on deals you've closed to assist our onboarding and support team.

- Sales experience in SMB technology or the Bev Alc Industry is required.
- High energy individuals, hyper-motivated to grow their career and revolutionize retail liquor.
- Passion for small businesses and confidence/excitement about technology.
- Accountability to thrive in an autonomous work environment.
- A track record of excellence.
