Job Description
About the Role: 20four7VA is seeking an offshore independent contractor to act as a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) Virtual Assistant. This role is critical in ensuring timely lead engagement, consistent follow-ups, managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the overall sales process.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone calls, email, and website inquiries, while conducting outbound follow-ups with warm and cold leads.
- Assess and qualify leads based on budget, company size, location, and timeline to identify high-quality opportunities.
- Schedule calls, demos, or consultations (appointment setting) for the sales team.
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and product/service information.
- Log all interactions and maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date lead records in the CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a native or near-native accent (Level A-B).
- Comfortable handling phone calls, emails, and CRM systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Bonus: Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments and understanding of sales pipelines.
