About the Role: Sony Biotechnology Europe is a leading innovator and provider of cell-based research analytical systems. We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to sell Flow Cytometry Instruments and Reagents, find new customers, and manage the existing pipeline with a resilient hunter mentality.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and manage your personal business portfolio/territory to achieve forecasted sales goals.
  • Execute sales and funnel-building activities to ensure growth of the Sony Biotechnology portfolio.
  • Develop existing and new customers and maintain sales activities in Salesforce (CRM).
  • Plan and support local marketing activities, integrating personal sales efforts with product launches and exhibitions.
  • Provide forecasts, marketing intelligence, and report on market and competitor activities.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in practical flow cytometry and cell sorting.
  • Prior experience selling large capital equipment in the life sciences sector.
  • A strong flow cytometry network and a resilient hunter mentality.
  • Fluency in English (professional knowledge of local languages is a plus).
