Job Description
About the Role: 1Password is building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. As a Sales Acceleration Manager, you'll be part of a specialized overlay sales function dedicated to bringing 1Password's emerging products and new solutions to market. This is a quota-carrying role for a driven, entrepreneurial seller who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
What You'll Do
- Drive strategic growth by identifying market trends and translating data into actionable sales and go-to-market strategies.
- Act as a strategic sales partner and trusted advisor to internal teams and external partners.
- Own the pipeline through proactive prospecting, qualification, and opportunity management to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
- Leverage analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics) to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to execute cohesive strategies.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of Mid-Market/Enterprise sales experience in a direct or strategic capacity within the SaaS or cybersecurity space.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic solution selling, pipeline generation, and multi-stakeholder deal navigation.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with hands-on experience using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate data into compelling narratives for executives.
Benefits
- Annual base salary: $133,000 - $193,000 USD (USA) or $130,000 - $189,000 CAD (Canada), plus commission eligibility.
