Job Description

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to support territory execution and governance across our GTM organization. This role focuses on maintaining territory accuracy, supporting coverage updates, and ensuring alignment across Salesforce and related systems.

You will work closely with RevOps partners to execute territory assignments, maintain hierarchy integrity, and support territory changes related to hiring, coverage adjustments, and segmentation updates.

Responsibilities

  • Execute territory assignments and ownership updates in Salesforce
  • Apply established rules of engagement to ensure accurate account and opportunity ownership
  • Support territory changes related to new hires, leaves of absence, and organizational shifts
  • Maintain account hierarchies in accordance with defined standards
  • Monitor and report on territory data accuracy and routing integrity
  • Prepare data inputs and reporting to support territory modeling and coverage analysis
  • Assist with quarterly book adjustments and segmentation updates
  • Maintain documentation related to territory processes and guidelines

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics
  • Experience working with Salesforce data and reporting
  • Strong Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables
  • Understanding of sales funnel stages and ownership logic
  • Strong attention to detail and process adherence
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally and communicate clearly
