Revenue Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing property and revenue performance across multiple markets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Overseeing bookkeeping accuracy and preparing monthly performance reports using internal software and data from platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and Stripe.
• Building and adjusting pricing strategies based on market, demand, seasonality, and competitor analysis to maximize revenue.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending improvements to enhance property returns.
• Conducting comprehensive market research to guide pricing decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Presenting performance insights and reports to property owners in clear, professional English.
• Collaborating with accounting and operations teams to maintain financial accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in revenue management and/or financial analysis within short-term rentals or similar industries
• Experience developing and adjusting pricing strategies using demand, seasonality, and competitor analysis
• Strong proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• Experience in a customer-facing support role, including handling inquiries and resolving issues
• Business-fluent English (spoken and written) for professional communication and reporting
• Proven ability to present performance insights and reports to property owners or external clients
• Authorized to work from Pakistan
• Availability during Central Time (CST) business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Mathematics or Statistics
• Experience using Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and Stripe for reporting and performance analysis
• Domain experience in short-term rental property management, hospitality, or vacation rentals
