Your Main Goal

Your main goal will be to help n8n’s Revenue teams ramp faster and execute more consistently by building strong onboarding experiences and launching playbooks that drive adoption across SDR, AE, SE, and CSM roles.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue onboarding execution
  • Coordinate and improve onboarding programs for Revenue IC roles so new hires ramp with clarity, structure, and confidence.
  • Maintain onboarding materials, learning paths, and supporting assets so they stay accurate, relevant, and easy to use.
  • Help create a consistent onboarding experience across SDR, AE, SE, and CSM teams while adapting content to each role’s needs.
  • Playbook launch coordination
  • Support the rollout of Revenue playbooks by organizing timelines, materials, communications, and stakeholder inputs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure playbooks are launched clearly and can be adopted smoothly by frontline teams.
  • Follow up on playbook launches to reinforce usage, surface gaps, and keep enablement efforts moving forward.
  • Enablement operations and stakeholder support
  • Track participation, completion, and basic adoption signals to understand what is working and where support is needed.
  • Keep enablement documentation, systems, and program workflows organized so stakeholders can rely on a strong operational backbone.
  • Work closely with Revenue leaders and managers to gather feedback, identify friction points, and improve enablement over time.

Requirements

  • Must-haves
  • Revenue experience in SaaS: You have early-career experience in Sales or Customer Success and understand how Revenue teams operate day to day.
  • Strong organization: You manage multiple moving pieces across onboarding, content, and launch workstreams without losing track of details.
  • Written communication: You’re comfortable creating and maintaining structured documentation, learning materials, and process assets.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You work effectively with different stakeholders and keep projects progressing through clear communication and follow-through.
  • Execution mindset: You’re known for reliability, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality work consistently.
  • Broad Revenue curiosity: You’re excited to support multiple Revenue functions rather than specializing in a single role.
  • Nice-to-haves
  • Enablement or onboarding exposure: You’ve supported onboarding programs, certification flows, or training coordination for go-to-market teams.
  • Enablement tooling familiarity: You’ve worked with LMS platforms, content hubs, or CRM-adjacent workflows.
  • Basic data tracking: You’re comfortable pulling simple metrics on participation, completion, or adoption.
  • Remote-first experience: You’ve worked effectively in distributed teams and know how to stay aligned across locations.
  • SaaS or technical environment exposure: You’re familiar with product-led or technical SaaS environments where multiple Revenue roles collaborate closely.
