Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, numbers-obsessed Revenue Analyst (Philippines) to join our core centralized Revenue Management Team in a full-time remote contract capacity based out of the Philippines. Working closely alongside and reporting directly into the Lead Revenue Manager, you will claim individual strategic accountability for maximizing revenue metrics and driving profitability across a assigned portfolio of US-based hotels and multi-family properties. Shifting completely away from routine booking entry or passive administrative scheduling, you will serve as a core data-mining anchor, formulating advanced yield strategies, forecasting demand curves, and managing inventory allocation blocks. This contract position requires a quantitative specialist with an absolute willingness to operate on an overnight shift schedule (generally Tuesday through Saturday) to align smoothly with US business hours, utilizing property data systems fluidly to convert raw performance information into highly actionable corporate insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dynamic Portfolio Yield Optimization: Formulate, monitor, and execute data-backed pricing adjustments and yield models to maximize multi-property profitability and drive RevPAR index indicators.
  • Quantitative Market Research Analysis: Conduct deep statistical tracking of competitor pricing, travel demand patterns, and regional economic trends natively utilizing Financial Analyst paradigms.
  • Large-Scale Dataset Engineering: Collect, clean, and analyze high-volume transaction datasets, tracking length-of-stay, consumer source mix, and room availability metrics natively leveraging Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) formulas.
  • High-Precision Financial Forecasting: Run periodic forecasting tracks, building complex occupancy data frameworks to keep financial predictions within an absolute compliance threshold of +/- 3% of actuals.
  • Weekly Strategy Communication: Author and distribute precise weekly asset performance summaries, detail-mapping pickup rates, analyzing current pricing impacts, and highlighting financial forecast margins.
  • Cross-Functional Growth Alignment: Collaborate peer-to-peer with distributed marketing, corporate sales, and business strategy groups to optimize the room supply chain and drive year-over-year operational profits.
  • Rapid Strategic Multi-Property Pivots: Monitor live asset pickup fluctuations, proactively communicating target variances and pivoting pricing paths swiftly to help properties outpace competitive sets.
  • Assessment Screening Management: Navigate internal validation steps diligently, completing a 45-minute Vervoe task assessment during the introductory recruitment loop to demonstrate baseline domain authority.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven professional history running advanced data analysis, financial yield management, corporate revenue strategy, pricing optimization, or business analytics consulting inside hospitality or airline organizations.
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of revenue management systems (RMS), property management software platforms (PMS), demand forecasting models, and yield index metrics.
  • Expert-tier mathematical proficiency processing high-volume financial indicators, evaluating asset risk metrics, and structuring dashboards natively using Financial Analyst practices.
  • Practical software capability structuring macro pivot tables, building data models, and automating summary charts natively leveraging Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) scripts.
  • Possession of an owner mentality, demonstrating an absolute capacity to evaluate pricing shifts holistically against comprehensive asset-level corporate profit objectives.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication traits in fluent English, with a proven ability to present financial indicators clearly to cross-border stakeholders.
  • Shift and Location Constraints: Seat open exclusively to qualified analysts residing permanently and resident within the **Philippines**, with the strict operational capacity to work an overnight shift generally Tuesday through Saturday to match U.S. business hours under a 100% remote layout.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior commercial analytics history handling multi-tenant real estate investment trusts (REITs), corporate vacation rental portfolios, online travel agency (OTA) integrations, or tech-centric travel networks.
  • Familiarity with predictive data-mining structures, automated revenue modeling apps, or business intelligence database software.
  • An outcome-driven personal philosophy rooted in absolute critical thinking, a genuine passion for continuous learning, and a team-first mindset focused on helping peers exceed enterprise goals.

What We Offer

  • The exceptional professional canvas to directly direct, shape, and code-shape the data-driven yield architectures and dynamically automated pricing systems power-routing hotel revenues across Kasa massive US-based portfolio.
  • Competitive, experience-calibrated full-time contract baseline compensation structured transparently between **$7.50 and $9.50 USD per hour**.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters offering an elite distributed workspace setup, complete schedule trust, and zero physical geographical office commuting friction from any location in the Philippines.
  • Direct, uncompromised exposure to a hyper-growth enterprise tech platform leveraging advanced predictive automation models to optimize global hospitality spaces.
  • Continuous skill acceleration pathways across modern digital real estate metrics, financial forecasting systems, big-data asset configuration, and cross-border project management models.
  • Generous network perks, including an attractive **15% employee discount** structure when booking overnight stays across kasa.com properties.
