Retail Execution Specialist

About the Role: The Coca-Cola Company's Advanced Hydration Team is looking for a Retail Execution Specialist (RES). In this role, you will be the ultimate ambassador for our Advanced Hydration Brands, driving sales growth and maximizing brand presence within your assigned territory in the New Haven, CT area.

What You'll Do

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow the base business, increase sales, and optimize display space.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of creative displays aligned with branding initiatives.
• Actively interact with store personnel and consumers to provide in-depth product knowledge.
• Execute sales programs, maintain product inventory levels, and minimize out-of-stocks.
• Gather customer insights and handle territory account maintenance tasks.

What You Bring

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service (Entry-level applicants welcome).
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the New Haven, CT area.
• Strong selling skillset, interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and work independently within a large territory.
• Must have a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and an excellent driving record (Travel Required: 76% - 100%).

Benefits

• Base salary range of $45,000 - $57,000 USD per year depending on location and experience.
