Respiratory Therapist

About the Role: At Sleep Doctor, we're helping millions get a full night's rest. As a Respiratory Therapist, Digital Care, you will help define and execute the next generation of our e-commerce business. You will provide excellent customer service, virtual demonstrations, and technical support to patients, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and valued.

What You'll Do

• Analyze home sleep test results to identify patterns and abnormalities, and communicate findings clearly to customers.
• Drive sales of CPAP, BiPAP, and related therapy equipment, ensuring recommendations align with individual treatment plans.
• Perform virtual demonstrations and educate consumers on the use of respiratory therapy equipment.
• Provide technical support for PAP patients, referrals, and team members while troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Follow up with patients promptly to ensure satisfaction and reinforce commitment to therapy.

What You Bring

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 2–3 years of DME experience required.
• Sleep credential (RRT-SDS or RPSGT) is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME), specific to Sleep Apnea and CPAP Products.
• Ability to troubleshoot and set up CPAP and BiPAP machines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a deeply patient-focused mindset.

• Base Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000 annually.
