About the Role: Valon is transforming mortgage servicing and consumer direct lending with a modern, AI-native approach. We are seeking a Resolutions Loan Document Specialist to accurately and compliantly process loan-related documentation, supporting borrower requests and internal operations.

What You'll Do

  • Process and manage incoming digital mail, routing it to appropriate departments.
  • Generate and deliver payoff statements, payment histories, and amortization schedules to homeowners.
  • Research and retrieve missing or historical loan documentation, including prior servicer records.
  • Process borrower and third-party requests (e.g., authorizations, escrow waivers, opt-out requests).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve document-related inquiries while meeting strict SLAs.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in mortgage servicing, banking operations, or document processing is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
