Job Description
About the Role: Huntress is a fully remote, global team on a mission to break down barriers to cybersecurity. We are looking for a Reseller Sales Specialist to join our new reseller sales team. In this front-line hunter role, you will be responsible for developing and managing new reseller partnerships in EMEA to support Huntress' continued growth and expansion.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners (VARs, IT providers, etc.) across EMEA who buy through distribution.
- Build a strong bench of net-new, first-time Huntress resellers with a heavy focus on time-to-first-deal.
- Drive partner reseller growth through Huntress distribution relationships, working hand-in-hand to co-sell and accelerate pipeline.
- Own the first 90–180 days of the reseller partner journey and deliver foundational enablement on Huntress value and use cases.
- Represent Huntress at industry events and provide resellers with the tools, resources, and training necessary to sell our products.
What You Bring
- 2-5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner development, and/or distribution-led roles.
- Proven track record of reseller partner recruitment or high-velocity sales.
- Experience working with EMEA distribution (tech, security, SaaS, and/or Microsoft strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly in SMB and Commercial segments.
- Confident, credible communicator who is comfortable working remotely and managing a wide geographic territory.

- £88,000 - £98,000 OTE (60/40 split) plus equity.
