Job Description

About the Role: Veeam is the Data and AI Trust Company, ensuring organizations' data and AI are fully understood, secured, and resilient. We are looking for a Senior Director Enterprise Renewals to act as a strategic leader and operational catalyst, driving retention and growth across EMEA. Success will be measured by achieving renewal and new business targets and strengthening Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

What You'll Do

  • Establish processes and frameworks for collaboration across Renewals, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal.
  • Lead the team to reach Account Growth Quotas (Renewal + Expansion) and own forecasting accuracy for the pipeline and bookings.
  • Create win-back plays for the Enterprise and provide structured insights on customer and market trends.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and engage directly with customer C-Suite executives.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years' experience leading successful Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success Teams.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership with a focus on renewals and customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models is highly preferred.
