Partnering deeply with both commercial enterprise entities and government institutions, we engineer compliant, flexible, and highly sustainable human capital networks. Our corporate infrastructure focuses on driving absolute regulatory excellence, utilizing data-driven tracking methodologies, and offering transparent pricing dynamics to streamline workforce onboarding and satisfy complex federal procurement goals seamlessly.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-driven Remote Pricing Analyst to join our core Finance team. In this critical operational seat, you will take full technical ownership of researching, designing, and maintaining competitive, compliant pricing models tailored for workforce staffing lines within the government and private sectors, with an absolute focus on U.S. federal contracts. Working closely with cross-functional pods spanning Finance, Business Development, Proposal Management, and Recruitment, you will ensure that all financial rate architectures satisfy corporate margin thresholds while aligning fully with federal wage determinations, Service Contract Act (SCA) mandates, and living wage baselines. This position demands deep analytical discipline and a granular understanding of federal labor procurement dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory & Compliance Modeling: Interpret and apply intricate federal labor regulations, including SCA wage determinations, Department of Labor guidelines, and geographic living wage parameters across staffing positions.
- Cost Component Analysis: Ensure every cost proposal submission reflects localized wage structures, healthcare requirements, exact fringe benefits, and health and welfare allocations.
- Rate Database Research: Gather and synthesize labor category benchmarks from internal tracking logs and external datastores, including the Bureau of Labor Statistics and competitor pricing platforms.
- Mathematical Cost Modeling: Build, manage, and scale complex pricing templates accounting for direct wages, overhead, General & Administrative (G&A) caps, and fee percentages in strict accordance with FAR cost principles.
- Proposal Volume Architecture: Partner with Proposal and Business Development divisions to produce accurate cost volumes, pricing sheets, and contract modification responses for federal RFPs, IDIQs, and task orders.
- Market Intelligence Monitoring: Track dynamic changes in the healthcare workforce landscape, tracking federal reimbursement models, funding shifts, and competitive corporate pricing behaviors.
- Executive Scenario Simulation: Perform mathematical scenario modeling, margin profitability reviews, and data-driven stakeholder reporting to optimize strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of verified professional history running pricing frameworks, cost modeling, or financial analysis pipelines natively within staffing, healthcare operations, or federal contracting ecosystems.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or an equivalent highly quantitative business management discipline.
- Advanced, expert-level operational proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including master-level command of complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling tools.
- Demonstrated quantitative capacity to interpret unstructured datasets and convert financial data into actionable corporate recommendations.
- Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to present financial findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time operational parameters tailored for qualified financial analysts permanently residing anywhere within the United States.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Substantive operational familiarity tracking Service Contract Act (SCA) wage tables, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) criteria, and federal procurement procedures.
- Hands-on experience navigating specialized pricing software packages, enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, or Business Intelligence (BI) visualization tools.
What We Offer
- The exceptional financial canvas to directly shape, deploy, and take complete ownership of competitive pricing frameworks for a leading federal human capital provider.
- Highly competitive compensation metrics structured transparently to match your verified corporate finance background and cost modeling experience.
- Profound work-from-home remote flexibility allowing total geographical independence across the United States.
- A fast-moving, high-learning project environment that rewards analytical rigor, rejects rigid bureaucracy, and supports continuous professional expansion.
