Remote Mental Health Therapist - New Jersey

About the Role: Gaggle has been supporting student safety and well-being for over 20 years by partnering with school districts to provide free teletherapy to K-12 students and school staff. We are looking for a Remote Mental Health Therapist to help improve clients' mental health. With no out-of-pocket expenses to clients and no billing of insurance, you can focus entirely on supporting students regardless of their location.

What You'll Do

• Conduct 45-minute weekly video therapy sessions with assigned clients to help them improve their mental health.
• Manage a workload that is 90% clinical and 10% administrative.

What You Bring

• Independent license OR supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LPC-A, LSW or similar).
• Strong technology skills for conducting seamless teletherapy sessions.
• Must acquire Professional Liability and Bodily Injury coverage prior to taking on clients (with Gaggle listed as Additionally Insured).
• Bonus: 2+ years of counseling experience, bilingual skills, and dual state certification.
