Remote Graphic Designer (US Hours)

Wing Assistant is a fast-growing agency that connects companies worldwide with top-tier remote talent, aiming to place client operations on "autopilot." They are urgently hiring a Graphic Designer to join their active pool. Once hired, you will likely be matched with a US-based client to handle their daily visual production. You will be responsible for creating everything from social media graphics and blog layouts to motion graphics and marketing collateral, acting as the client's dedicated in-house designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design visual content for blogs, website pages, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Campaign Management: Develop a scheduling sequence to publish content and track the execution of marketing campaign schedules.
• Multimedia: Create video and motion graphics in line with the client's company branding.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with content writers to create illustrations and brainstorm new ideas for existing content.
• Quality Assurance: Test graphics across various media and proofread visual materials using layout tools.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of proven Graphic Design experience, plus a minimum of 1 year of total work experience post-bachelor's degree.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, and other graphic design software.
• Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of layouts, typography, print, and web design, backed by a compelling portfolio covering both Print and Digital.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with US clients.
• Availability: Must be able to work a graveyard shift (nighttime in the Philippines) to overlap with standard US business hours.

Technical Requirements (Strict Setup)

Because Wing is a managed Virtual Assistant platform, they have strict home-office hardware checks before hiring:

• Computer: At least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
• Internet: Main cable connection of at least 25 Mbps, plus a Backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
• Peripherals: USB Headset with Noise Cancellation and a working Webcam.
