About the Role

The Regulatory Compliance Manager will play a key role in supporting the Company’s Compliance Management System (CMS). This position will focus on supporting the implementation and execution of the compliance monitoring and testing program, compliance risk assessments, and policy governance in a dynamic fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and help mature the Company’s newly implemented Compliance Management System (CMS), including risk assessments, monitoring, issue management, and governance processes.
  • Implement compliance monitoring and testing across business lines, including marketing, product, operations, and third parties, document findings and support remediation efforts.
  • Support enterprise compliance risk assessments, including risk identification, scoring, and issue mitigation tracking.
  • Support the drafting, review, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they remain current, practical, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
  • Monitor regulatory developments affecting fintech, consumer lending, and insurance products, and provide practical compliance guidance to Legal and Compliance Management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed compliance controls into business processes and support scalable growth.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the compliance program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, risk management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience within financial services or fintech.
  • Experience supporting a newly implemented or evolving CMS strongly preferred.
  • Experience in consumer lending and/or insurance compliance preferred.
  • CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) designation is a plus.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

  • Hands-on experience conducting compliance testing, monitoring, and risk assessments.
  • Experience supporting or maturing a Compliance Management System.
  • Ability to assess control design and operational effectiveness in evolving environments.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Engineering teams.
  • Comfortable operating in environments where processes are still being built or refined.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of lending and insurance products.
