Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Regional Sales Specialist to spearhead our regional sales and affiliate partnership development efforts within Pakistan. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will take absolute ownership of identifying, acquiring, and optimizing new high-impact affiliate partners, localized merchants, and digital asset communities. This track is designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of business development and partnership retention, translating market trends into tailored promotional campaigns that elevate the company’s market-share velocity.
Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate Partner Acquisition & Management: Proactively research, onboard, and manage a robust network of digital publishers, financial influencers, trading groups, and merchant partners across Pakistan to expand the brand’s ecosystem.
- Contract Negotiation & Terms Formulation: Lead full-cycle contract alignments, structuring revenue-share terms, referral bonuses, and partnership collaboration clauses to ensure mutually beneficial operational growth.
- Performance Optimization & Tooling Support: Maintain systematic communication cadences with localized affiliates, equipping them with customized campaign templates, promotional creative resources, and tracking analytics.
- Frictionless Partner Onboarding: Guide new network affiliates through the setup and compliance tracking process, maximizing their understanding of Bybit’s transactional products.
- Market Trend Research & Intelligence: Execute deep local crypto-market analysis, tracking competitor strategies, emerging distribution channels, and regional trading volume behaviors.
- Sales Dashboard Telemetry Reporting: Compile and evaluate pipeline indicators, user acquisition rates, and sub-tier affiliate revenue reports, delivering strategic feedback directly to the Country Manager.
- Event & Community Coordination: Support the execution of field events centered around partner acquisition pipelines, including offline merchant meetups, affiliate seminars, and specialized regional workshops.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven professional background in field sales, business development, client relations management, or dedicated affiliate marketing positions.
- Strong B2B pitching and commercial negotiation skills, with a track record of building long-term rapport with high-profile industry stakeholders.
- Strategic understanding of digital acquisition mechanisms, commission tracking systems, and online conversion funnel strategies.
- Exceptional organizational and project tracking capacity, capable of managing complex multi-partner pipelines simultaneously without sacrificing service quality.
- Self-motivated, process-driven attitude with acute attention to operational details and analytical data dashboards.
- Outstanding written and spoken communication mechanics, tailored for professional client presentation and cross-border team synchronization.
